T3 Foundation is a nonprofit civil society organization established to strengthen Türkiye's capacity to develop high technology. Since 2016, it has grown into an ecosystem of tens of thousands of volunteers, hundreds of colleagues, and thousands of startups.

Our Story
Since 2016: Building an ecosystem
Founded in 2016 by young engineers, entrepreneurs, and professionals, T3 Foundation represents the civil society dimension of Türkiye's National Technology Initiative. As technology competition accelerates globally, nations must shift from being consumers to producers. T3 Foundation was established to lead that transformation.
Our approach goes beyond producing technology; it focuses on empowering the people who make that production possible. Individuals are supported at every stage, from project development and manufacturing to commercialization. Dedicated support mechanisms help remove financial barriers, while digital platforms and AI-driven solutions make knowledge more accessible to all
At our core lies a strong belief: developing technology is not only a technical process but also a matter of confidence; the shift from “can we do it?” to “how can we do it?” reflects the mindset transformation that T3 Foundation seeks across all its programs.
